Termination of ISIC PORT Support

Dear users of the ISIC PORT access system, below you will find important information regarding the operation of your system.

The ISIC PORT system was developed as a project in cooperation with GTS Alive s.r.o. As part of this cooperation, we have been developing and operating and maintaining the system as a technology partner and supplier of the complete solution (complete HW and SW). The cooperation with GTS Alive started in 2020 and was terminated in 2022 due to different opinions on the direction of further development of the system. Technical support to ensure the correct operation and functionality of the system will be terminated on 31.10.2024.

As a supplier of a complete solution, we offer you the opportunity to maintain the continuity and development of the system by switching to the IMAporter access control system. This system is fully compatible with your existing services and installed hardware elements. There will be no additional financial cost to your school. In addition, as this is one of our company’s core products, we are able to guarantee support and development of the system for at least another 10 years.

Our representatives will contact you in the next few days to provide you with further information and to agree with you on how to switch to the new system.

If you have any urgent questions, please do not hesitate to contact the project’s sales manager Pavel Zvara by phone at +420 733 595 617 or by e-mail at pavel.zvara@ima.cz.
