All keys are stored safely in one place

The electronic key safe operates on the principle of a depository, a vault from which individual employees collect keys according to their access rights. Each user can collect only the keys to which they are authorized. All keys are stored in one place, and the size of the cabinet can be selected based on the number of keys or employees in your company.

Several options of access technologies

Your employees can access the key management safe through several technologies. You can choose from the classic PIN code, smart cards, RFID tags, or fingerprint. Of course, you can choose a reader depending on which technology you prefer.

Three sizes according to the number of keys

Do you run a medium-sized company with a couple dozen employees or a large workplace with lots of keys? No problem either way – you can easily have your smart key management system customized to fit your needs and requirements. You can choose from three basic safe sizes, starting at 10 and up to 540 key slots. For each specific key safe, you are free to choose the number of function rows and thus the number of key positions, too.

Two software variants

There are two software options available: basic or integration. The second variant is characterized by administration directly from our K4 access system. This way our clients will not have to access multiple systems. Both SWs allow you to set which of your employees have access to which keys. Responsibility for individual items is thus delegated to individual employees. In addition, the integration variant allows you to set up links with K4 – if you have turnstiles in your company, you can set the system up in such a way that if an employee does not hand in their keys, the turnstile simply will not allow them to go home.

Key management with external companies

Do you work with external companies and need to keep track of when, to whom, and how you hand over keys to your sites? With our smart key management safe, you no longer need to worry about your keys being returned or deliberately stolen. The system can be easily set up for collaboration with external entities.

Central management via PC or tablet

When it comes to management, you can easily do it yourself. After installation, we will train your administrators, who will then be able to operate the system from anywhere from a laptop or tablet thanks to a remote connection to the central server.

How does our key management system work in practice?

Your employee comes to work in the morning and opens the cabinet using the technology you have chosen (PIN, RFID tag, smart card, biometrics) and a 7″ touchscreen. Signaling LED lights (green) will show him which keys he can take, the others are locked (red). After the employee retrieves the key, the system registers him as the key holder.

One of the advantages of our key safes is that the key holder does not have to remember the exact position of the key. When he wants to return the key, the system will show him where to do so, flashing LED lights.

The system accurately records the movement of keys in your workplace – who, when, which key, etc. In case of loss, you can easily trace who was responsible for the lost key.
