Remote control for controlling the 3D scanner

IMA has developed a special remote control for controlling a robotic wide-spectrum 3D scanner for medical applications.

The remote control has an interactive interface with touch screen for manual and semi-automatic control of the scanner. Furthermore, a safety “Central stop” button with two separate circuits according to IEC60947-5-5 has been implemented. The development of the device was carried out within the Astonish project in cooperation with CEITEC Brno.
