We are the Institute of Microelectronic Applications – IMA. We enjoy researching, developing, and designing new solutions.
These days, we focus mainly on adapting our own products to the requirements of our customers. However, in the past, we have also completed many successful projects around the world.
What can we do for you?
Our identification systems are based purely on our own research and development. However, since we have a lot of smart people here, we have also been involved in projects outside our main field of expertise – for example, road machine travel control, public telephone safety, medical and power technology, payment projects, gaming electronics, and many others.
Although our products allow for a wide range of settings and applications, sometimes our clients need a lot more. In such cases, we can customize systems for our customers to fit their specific needs.
We are constantly improving our systems and technologies they operate on.
Are you occasionally required to pay for something via a payment machine, e.g. in places such as government buildings or a post office? There is a high probability that these machines use our payment applications.
Our applications help accelerate plant-wide processes for large companies.
We have developed several applications for operating heavy road machinery.
Our project portfolio also includes a microelectronic application that can indicate high voltage within the range of a test rod.
As part of the Astonish project, IMA has developed a special remote control for controlling a robotic wide-spectrum 3D scanner for medical applications.
The development of the device was carried out in cooperation with the CEITEC research facility in Brno.
Our self-service kiosks can serve any purpose, whether a simple toilet entry or a complex self-service reception desk.
Subscribe to our newsletter and keep up to date with what is new at IMA and in the field.
